I was so happy to have a highly competent mechanic come to my house to replace the battery in my car. (Sheldon is terrific!) It’s an expensive service, but was well worth it for me. And also a shout out to the customer service people manning the 800 number - I spoke with a couple of them and felt reassured that the service requested would be the service provided - and it was. (Seems important to mention in this day and age of low quality - 1-800-Battery stands out as a high quality operation. 10/10 would recommend!)
