I would use this company again as the technician who installed my battery was awesome. However, I shouldn’t be allowed to choose a timeframe when I scheduled online. No one apparently was available during the time I selected. They sent someone later but I found out last minute and had to rearrange my schedule a little. Online forms are impersonal.
