Dead car battery in the driveway, scheduled service online after finding them on a Google search.
It said the ETA would be tomorrow but got an update via text there was a status change and that they would instead arrive in an hour. Great surprise. Shows you the GPS location of the technician which was convenient. Checked battery to confirm it was dead and replaced it on the spot.
Sometimes fast and easy is a great thing! Fantastic work!
