I didn't know the service existed but an experience not too long ago with getting my windshield replaced made me think to look. Most people will have seen the Safelite TV ads where the service comes to you to quickly and professionally replaces your windshield. I did this and it worked great. So, what I can tell you is that 1-800-Battery provided the same great experience, which was even more convenient since I didn't have to get my car towed someplace to get a new battery put in.
