The technician Ron was overly qualified and very thorough. The job was complicated, as there were two batteries in the same vehicle. The manual was incorrect and indicated that there should be only one battery. He traced circuits and made sure to install the correct battery in the correct location. Ron made me feel comfortable that the job was done right and he made sure I was satisfied with the outcome before he left.
