Horrible experience! The person that came out to replace the battery on my GMC Denali damaged the old battery and cable so badly that he couldn’t put the new one in. I had to take it to the dealership for a bill of $1100 now!!! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE- THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME $100 FOR COMING OUT AND DAMAGING MY CAR!!! NOW THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALLS AND MESSAGES!!!
