Jayden took my call..When I was trying to pay, my credit card wouldn't go through. He said to call him back and he could still get me scheduled for the same day. I did and all was well.. Damon Gilliland, technician, was quick and very professional.
He understood I was at work and did the battery transfer on his own and returned my keys when finished. The arrival timing was just as promised. Very happy I chose 1-800- battery.
