I was notified on the day of my scheduled service that my battery wasn't available and would have to reschedule my service to the following day. Which we did, that being said, service was professional, took less than an hour and was relatively within the time frame quoted. Price was compareable and actually a bit cheaper, thanks to a coupon code, to other quotes I received before getting in touch with 1800Battery.
