Richard, CEO your service is less established and I can take that into account. Your service indicated your technician would have the tools to check my existing battery to determine the charge. He did not have the tools to check it. Your technician was working in an area that typically has two technicians with an expected arrival time between 10-12. Since there was one technician absent the technician was working double calls and arrived at 230PM. I understand your technicians are independant contractors but providing them adequate resources reflects on the quality of the work and service. The mark-up on the batteries is a little high too.
