I would say 3/5. The tech was very nice and efficient, and once he got here it went very well. Although, there was a lot of uncertainty of his arrival. Admin's texted with me minimally, but I should be able to know the ETA at every moment, tracked on my phone. Also when I purchased the battery, I selected ASAP and was not given an ETA. Even if it is very conservative, i would still list the ETA upon purchase. Also, I would have a better tracker with better indications of time through the delivery process. I felt like i was in the dark a lot of the time. Even if its just some form of visibility just to make the user understand a little.
yesterday, i didnt know when someone was coming until 11 minutes out when i started to track the driver. this should be like 3-5 hours out.
thank you for the battery, it works now. Also the tech was a good guy.
