At first after reading the online reviews I was a little apprehensive but the entire first experience was extremely good for me. I was able to finance the battery through Affirm which was a big help and went smoothly due to past positive transactions I've had with them. Terry the technician came out and was a little early which was good. He checked the car first to make sure I needed a battery and then quickly installed it. Afterwards we tested and started and turned off the car and waited a few minutes for about 4X and I was confident all was fine. I am very pleased with the service I received today and would definitely the entire process all over again. Thank you. I give 5 out of 5 stars.
