what a great service. I've had batteries replaced before at the dealer, and it takes hours even if you have an appointment. I made an apppointment with 1-800-Battery online and they called me within half an hour and told me the technician will be there in 90 minutes. He came, replaced the battery and everything was great. At home. No hassle. I'll use 1-800-Battery again when I need another batter. Can't beat it.
