This delivery and installation service is great, I rate it 4 stars. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest that if the technician couldn't arrive as scheduled please just send us a simple text message.
By the way what was installed in my Honda CRV is new battery or refurbished one. With this in mind I will know how long I can keep the battery. Thank you for your attention.
