The gentleman came around 9 or a little after. He was there to do a job, get it done and move on. He was very focused and accomplished the job at hand quickly. Which meant of course I had my wheels back. The battery and the service were steep in price but the convenience of getting it done at home and not having to get a ride to go get a battery and then figure out whether or not I could install on my own or not. After looking at that possibility decided to pay for an expert to install.
