AWFUL experience! According to the website I was to get a new car battery delivered and installed within "69 minutes". Granted it was Thanksgiving Day, but that is what they stated as I placed my order. They were happy to charge my credit card and that is where communication stopped. NO COMMUNICATION at all. Given it was Friday morning and I had still heard NOTHING I canceled the order - which was also VERY difficult to do because of their terrible website. I'm still not sure if I was refunded my payment - I'm expecting a hassle given how terrible the rest of their service has been.
