Wow! No idea that this option existed. It's Sunday morning Thanksgiving weekend. I left my lights on and the battery went dead. 1-800-Battery responded within 2 hours of initial contact. Courteous, knowledgable driver delivered & installed new battery. I'm back up and running! No trip to the dealer. No delay. Less than I expected to pay.
