The customer service person on the phone (I wish I knew his name!) was very helpful! He checked to see if the warranty was still good on my previous battery and even helped me out with a coupon! I had Ray Gillie come to my house to test and replace my battery. He was very friendly and respectful. He arrived on time or early and did a great job! I appreciate that he was able to come out the same day. I went out to get in my car to go to work and my car was completely dead! 1-800-Battery really did come to my rescue! :)
