I called to set up an appointment at 2:45 pm, expecting to have to wait for days for service; there was an opening for 3:00 pm on the same day, which I booked. They called within 10 minutes to tell me the technician had been dispatched. My battery was installed before 5:00 pm. I think the price was fair and the customer service was excellent.
