The technician, Khalil, was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very considerate and careful while working with a difficult battery to find/replace. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience given that other outlets for battery servicing have been such a headache! (A small suggestion, the VIN option on the website didn’t work and it didn’t populate my car information in my order so the rep had to call and ask. The website could use a little fixing)
