The process was quick and easy and took less than a day to complete. The tech was quick and curtious and install the new battery without issue. My only complaint was that I was not given an option to set a scheduled window of when the tech would arrive and only got an 8 minute notice via text message that he was on the way. While I was home anyway, if I was not available there was no way to notify the driver or rechedule. An option to schedule something in advance would, I believe, make it better for both parties so the customer knows when to expect the deliver/installer and the installer doesn't have a wasted trip.
