I felt like the communication was lacking. After paying online, no one contacted me with further information until I engaged the chat bot to inquire when I might expect a technician. Without notice, I was informed in the chat that the tech would arrive that morning. I had to reschedule a meeting so I would be available, but by noon the tech had not arrived. When I engaged the chat again to get another ETA I was told that the tech had arrived at my office that morning, but had not received an answer after repeatedly texting the number I gave, and left after 20 minutes. No one asked if the number I gave was a cell phone or a landline. Because this was a fleet vehicle and I was a work, I gave a landline number and could obviously not receive texts. I was told that in order for the tech to return, I would have to pay a $50 fee. When I insisted the mistake was not mine, it was waived. The tech who finally came was knowledgeable and did a good job. My only complaint was with the lack of communication prior to the visit.
