Fast and convenient and safe! Not having to get a tow and having it all squared away within 2 hours of ordering in 100+ degree temperatures was quite nice. Tod was very amiable, not creepy, and let me observe. I didn't know my battery was buried in the back of my car lol. I had it replaced last time at the dealership. Tod noted the stabilizer bolt to hold the battery in place wasn't bolted in, even though there were no issues with it (not stripped), so he did a better job than the dealership since it isn't likely that driving it made it unscrew and fall out of place. With past battery issues, I'd jumped it (from the front), and this time it didn't work so I was glad for this option. The car has been running great. I believe there is a warranty, as well. Depending on the kind of battery you get, the cost is comparable to having it done at a shop. I was skeptical because it was fully online, and I didn't know anyone that used them before. It's only been a couple of days, but the cars doing good. I highly recommend for getting it done.
