This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic or car repair. Chris was so prompt and handled everything so calmly. I would ask him to fix my whole engine if I could. I am so grateful to the entire team at 1-800-Battery for their support team on the website and how much they eased my anxiety to fix my battery at my house without any issue. I can’t rave enough about how well they take care of customers. I so grateful for Chris and the entire customer service experience. It’s so rare these days.
