The process was seamless. I knew it was battery issue but worry that it could be more. I have 2008 Prius still in good condition with all parts working. From the time I placed the order to the battery installation, the service went as planned with no hiccups.
My only issue is the usability of the website email. The email was too wordy and I had to read a lot of text just to find the current status. My experience would be more relaxed, but i would still recommend this service.
