I was shocked at the appearance of the man that showed up at home, he had on dirty clothing and did not appear in anyway professional. He did not know how to get the battery out of my jeep. He banged on the battery and the terminal connections with his tools. I had to pull up a You tube video to show him how to get the battery out. He dropped one of his tools into the inside of the hood which was not found, he said oh well, I have more tools. Then he said to me I hope you give me a good review.
