Total rip off! Charge nearly £20 for you to search their database 5 times. You then find out that your 5 searches must be used within 1 month. Also the search results are appalling because they often only give you the first letter of the forename. For example, if you're looking for John Smith, they will return with J. Smith so you think that must be the person you're looking for and click the info button only to find out it is Jason Smith of no relation. Despite it being the wrong person and information, it counts as one of your searches.
