From my purchase experience, I always believe the items I bought from 1outlets are of high quality and durable. I must say that the representatives in the customer service (CS) are very helpful. For example, when there is unexpected delay in delivery of my order, cancellation of order and refunds I will receive emails about the status, update and follow up actions taken by CS. I really appreciate their assistance indeed.
