“I ordered Littmann CORE stethoscope on 1outlets.com for AED 1084 (SGD 495).
Initially they mentioned item shipped.
After 1 month of no delivery and many email they wrote it may have been lost in transit.
They offered in store credit which I declined and asked for refund back to the card. They said it may take 30 days.
Now they don't reply to email.
Website shows instore credit of SGD 495 which I don't want to use as I have nothing else to buy. I wrote email to them that I want money back.

Don't TRUST the bot-made good reviews they flood the internet with (it is an attempt to keep their overall rating seemingly acceptable).
In case you fell in the scam, DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY, without waiting for their 30-day refund time. If you wait the 30 days, Credit Card providers won't accept the dispute any longer.
How does the scam work? Easy:
After a few days from when you place an order, they come up with some child worded justification stating they have to cancel your purchase and offer an in-store credit or (if you insist) a refund back to the payment method.
1- If you agree for the refund on credit card, they simply entertain you and make you wait long enough to lose your rights to dispute according to the credit card provider's policy (usually 30 to 45 days from the payment date), and then they simply stop replying and disappear.
2- If you accept the in-store credit, you will enter an endless loop of new purchases and new cancelations, with no chance to have your money back or your goods shipped… Till the day you give up trying.”
