“No stars as they are an absolute scam operation. They take your money, keep you waiting for months before informing you that they are unable to fulfil your order at which point they will not refund your money but offer an in-house credit note - and so the saga repeats itself because whatever you order they will not supply. They are legally required to refund your money as they were not able to fulfil their contract with you! But they have no intention whatsoever of refunding you! They are always polite but continue to string you along. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

The credit then doesn't cover the minimum amount required for the 2nd order (it did originally).
12 weeks and just the normal: "I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap."... which never happens.

I placed an order on March 16 with an original delivery date of April 20. On April 9, I was notified of a 7–14 day delay. It is now May 5, well past that extended window, and the company has provided zero updates. I’ve had to chase them down myself just to get basic information. At this point, the delay is excessive and the lack of transparency is unprofessional. I am currently demanding a full refund. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.”

(They will not return your money, but they issue an "in-house credit', which is worthless as they will not deliver any subsequent orders received).
This is a SCAM and they should not be allowed to trade.

It's overdue and I have been sending several email enquiring the progress if my order. Then, yesterday was informed they had to cancel my order and would arrange the refund. Also, sent me a promotion code for future order.
After reading reviews that many didn't receive cash refund but in store credit instead.
I guess I am among the "victims"! I hope there is a channel to report to the authorities.”
