“Unacceptable delays and poor communication
I placed an order on March 16 with an original delivery date of April 20. On April 9, I was notified of a 7–14 day delay. It is now May 5, well past that extended window, and the company has provided zero updates. I’ve had to chase them down myself just to get basic information. At this point, the delay is excessive and the lack of transparency is unprofessional. I am currently demanding a full refund. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.”
“I have had exactly the same problem as detailed in most other reviews here; notably none-delivery of orders followed by an unwillingness to refund the money they have taken.
(They will not return your money, but they issue an "in-house credit', which is worthless as they will not deliver any subsequent orders received).
This is a SCAM and they should not be allowed to trade.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....”

“Informed by email that my order would be delivered on 20 February 2026 or earlier.
It's overdue and I have been sending several email enquiring the progress if my order. Then, yesterday was informed they had to cancel my order and would arrange the refund. Also, sent me a promotion code for future order.
After reading reviews that many didn't receive cash refund but in store credit instead.
I guess I am among the "victims"! I hope there is a channel to report to the authorities.”
“Same thing just happened to me I realised after my purchase that they were scammers and cancled my order they then offered me the bogus in store credit which is obviously of no use so I have now set up A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK so hopefully will get my money back from them. “They are a scammer. I placed order for 3 times and every single order take forever to process until over a month and I am the one have to ask them what is the status of my order. They said the system rejects when the item may be - Not Permissible/ D.G. (IATA) / Discontinued/ Wrongful/ Restricted/ Controlled/ Prohibited or Unavailable by (i) the export country legislation, (ii) import country legislation, (iii) aviation requirements, or (iv) manufacturer's or brand's territorial restriction. All my money are stuck at 1outlets.com as store credit. How am I gonna get my money worth when every time I ordered something, they will give same excuses like above and cancel the order, refund money as store credit. You guys please don't even think of browsing their stuffs as you won't be getting the items from there at all. It's a scam.”
