“I ordered dog food back in October 2024. Was ready to wait a couple of months. In December received an email that the item is not available. They said that will refund and store credits. I did not agree to that and wrote a request to refund money back to my card. Since January they keep answering me that refund is being processed. Writing this review in April 2025. 6 months!!!
All looks like scam! Going to write to Visa company and request them to get involved and do their own investigation.”

“Like many others, I never got the order to Europe. After I made the payment 1OUTLET cancelled the order then refuses to pay back the money and ignore my emails. 4 months now. It's a shame that I didn't read reviews before I buy from this company. A very expensive lesson. I try now to write review on internet to warn other consumers.”

“Do not purchase from them. They are absolute garbage. As per all the other online reviews, they are a seller that will take your money for an order and weeks and weeks later provide you with a land excuse that their system or the product isn’t available and they will not provide to you a refund. They will say they can only provide a store credit in which you will attempt another purchase only to be told the same excuse. Report them to the Singaporean authorities like CASE as such companies should be shut down immediately.”

They offer a “refund” to your account but when you order something else using this “refund” you will not get that item eather. I’ve been waiting for my money / the new item using my “refund” for almost a year now. Nothing. They don’t answer.”

This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched.
I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded.
I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn’t even go though any more.
How can such a company be allowed to exist?”
“This is a professional scam organization. On the website w w w 1outletsglobal com, a robot was advertised for EUR 200. My credit card was debited for EUR 260. Reported to them. I received a vague story about currency conversion rate. The product was never delivered. I received a lot of emails saying that they felt so sorry for me and that I received EUR 260 credits on the 10utlets account. Of course I wanted my money back. After the threat of a legal email and intervention from the ING bank. Eventually got my money back. I'm happy with the ING credit card :) So be warned... DO NOT ORDER HERE”
“I placed an order for incense sticks, after 45 days they informed me that the product is not available,so I requested a refund to my account which supposed to take maximum 30 days now more than 50 days no refund and no response to follow up”
“They were unable to fulfill my order and after I requested a refund they credited my account. I asked for it to be sent back to my credit card and they responded to my email at first then stopped. I then managed to speak to someone on WhatsApp who also sent me an email apologising and confirming the refund would be made. That was 4 weeks ago and they are again ignoring my messages and not answering my calls. 😡”
