“If only I could check none stars, I would. I’ve lost almost 200€ with an order that I made in June and until now I haven’t received my money back.
Unfortunately they never ship the orders. And just because they are a “good company” they refund your money to their wallet in their Eshop, so that you reorder or make a new one, which of course once again they never ship…..

So be aware that if you have ordered from them and if they cancelled the order then your money is NOT going to be returned to you.”

“I have bought in July some products from their website. In September and in October they have called me that "unfortunately the products are not any more available and therefore we will refund you". This information appeared also in my account. Problem is that in my bank account money were NEVER reverted and I have instructed my bank and notify them as fraudulent operator. I tried to call them back on the UK number they have called me and guess what the message I had received back was: "The number you have dialed was disconnected because it is considered for fraudulent purposed". Avoid by all means. Luckily the amount is not big but however I would definitely NOT recommend this portal!!!!!”

“Never ever buy anything from this company. Is a scam. I purchased my supplements on 1st April 2023. After waiting for 2 months. And claimed that have to cancel my order. Refund my amount into credit and wanted to lured me to purchase again. I rejected and wanted it to refund to my credit card. 7th Aug sent me an email that it was credited. I called my bank and also check my credit card E statement. It was not credited at all. Is a scam. Give me a transaction log with many number showing that they have credited but didn’t showed it was my credited card number. As they several email to proof from which bank do the refund and to which credit card and they are unable to proof. I have also called my bank to investigate this case and is working on it. I have also submitted a my complaint to Singapore CASE. For all buyers who has the same encounter. Pls inform your bank and lodge a complaint to Singapore CASE.”

Do NOT do business with them, you WILL lose your money! The worst online shopping experience of my life. They scam, take your money and mislead you, playing for time! Once you have paid the fun starts, they never can ship what you order and they never refund you your money. They give you an in-store credit and the same cycle starts. After 72 e-mails I have given up and written the money off.”
