“They are SCAM. They will take your money, then cancel your order after a month due to "our declaration system cannot upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest". I waited a long time for delivery and none came. More than 3 months. Upon reaching customer service they responded that package could not be delivered. Mind you, that it was I that had to contact them. Otherwise the case would have been dormant for ages.
When finally 1outlets understood their own limitations they refund as instore credits. So you have to use the money on a useless site that cannot deliver to you.
Depends how widespread this is but this is borderline scam. Keep this in mind if you ever find yourself wonder whether to make a purchase for this site.

I emailed them to find out where the other 4 were but they have not replied since mid Oct they are theives as they then said my order was cancelled when I emailed them to say my order was never cancelled they miraculously changed my online order and added my order again I pointed out I should be getting 6 items for the price and had only got 2 so I was due a refund miraculously this changed from 6 items to 2 items but before purchasing the items I called 1outlet to conform I would get 6 items lina or lucy confirmed I would get 6 times, hence why I made my order. I waited 4 months and was robbed DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are liars and thieves. I am waiting fir a partial refund which I know will never turn up. Nothing but theives”
