“This website is a SCAM and really needs to be shut down ASAP.
All the positive reviews listed here are as fake as the products they list as "in stock" on their website (you can tell if you read through them closely).
They take your money and then 3-4 weeks later cancel your order and give you a store credit (worth slightly less than what you paid them), not a refund. Rinse and repeat once you re-place a new order for a different product with your store credit.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I INSIST!!”

They use your cash to fund their working capital without any regard for whether or not they can fulfil the order you placed with them. They try blaming it on your bank, firstly. I then sent proof of THEIR OWN RECEIPT, they doubted that, I then sent a screenshot from my bank, that wasn’t good enough, I then had to screenshot my actual bank statement of proof of purchase, still nothing.
No product, no refund & no apology.

“Placed an oder and when the good s had not arrived chased them. They advised that my payment was declined - I sent them proof of payment and they then said they would refund me. They said they processed on 26th March 2021 and when I have chased them state they are having technical difficulties!!
