I bought a $200 mp3 5 months ago, they never sent it.
They said they couldn't send, and still they don't refund my money. They keep on saying they are processing the refund. 5 months already and nothing! so frustrating!

“Bad retailer at best, fraudulent at worst. They take your money and hang on to it for as long as possible without refunding. They use your cash to fund their working capital without any regard for whether or not they can fulfil the order you placed with them. They've had my money now for 2 months and I'm still trying to get it back. I'd avoid these crooks if I were you.”

“This company cancels your order, then KEEPS YOUR MONEY.
They try blaming it on your bank, firstly. I then sent proof of THEIR OWN RECEIPT, they doubted that, I then sent a screenshot from my bank, that wasn’t good enough, I then had to screenshot my actual bank statement of proof of purchase, still nothing.
No product, no refund & no apology.

They said they processed on 26th March 2021 and when I have chased them state they are having technical difficulties!! “placed order in Jan, they canceled my order in early Feb, since then I have been waiting for their refund. Contacted them many times, even called their customer service, useless. After entire EIGHT months of waiting, still havent received any refund from them.
Everytime i checked with them, they replied me the refund has been submitted and told me to wait for another week, the WORST online shopping ive encounter ever in my life.
