“Placed an oder and when the good s had not arrived chased them. They advised that my payment was declined - I sent them proof of payment and they then said they would refund me. They said they processed on 26th March 2021 and when I have chased them state they are having technical difficulties!! Have sent numerous emails which they are not opening/reading and can get no response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE or any company that does - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY”

“placed order in Jan, they canceled my order in early Feb, since then I have been waiting for their refund. Contacted them many times, even called their customer service, useless. After entire EIGHT months of waiting, still havent received any refund from them.
Everytime i checked with them, they replied me the refund has been submitted and told me to wait for another week, the WORST online shopping ive encounter ever in my life.

“I ordered 5litres of isopropyl alcohol. Item was stated as in stock and the impression was it was coming from a UK company.
As soon as transaction was complete they contacted me and told me “for unknown reasons” the order had been cancelled.
It was later still that the money was taken from my account, from SINGAPORE with an exchange charge and now I’m just getting automated emails.”
