They were unable to fulfill my order and after I requested a refund they credited my account. I asked for it to be sent back to my credit card and they responded to my email at first then stopped. I then managed to speak to someone on WhatsApp who also sent me an email apologising and confirming the refund would be made. That was 4 weeks ago and they are again ignoring my messages and not answering my calls. 😡
