I ordered dog food back in October 2024. Was ready to wait a couple of months. In December received an email that the item is not available. They said that will refund and store credits. I did not agree to that and wrote a request to refund money back to my card. Since January they keep answering me that refund is being processed. Writing this review in April 2025. 6 months!!!
All looks like scam! Going to write to Visa company and request them to get involved and do their own investigation.
