Very happy that the service agents followed up on the delivery and kept in contact. Would still recommend that for at least Philippines to change the end delivery away from PhilPost and hopefully offer DHL end-to-end service as PhilPost is terribly inefficient and prone to theft.
But as for 1Outlets, the staff, and the product, I was more than satisfied and look forward to next orders.
