There are a few issues with their delivery system. I got an order after 2 months although the tracking was excellent and full details of tracking were updated until I received my parcel. I appreciate their customer support and they were constantly in touch with me and provided updates from time to time. I was satisfied by their service but the delivery system needs to be improved.
