They are SCAM. They will take your money, then cancel your order after a month due to "our declaration system cannot upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest". Then they will refuse to refund - they will credit your 1Outlet account ( that you never created ) to buy more things they cannot ship/deliver. Avoid!
