I appreciate the efforts of the store, but I've encountered some challenges with my order. Initially, I was excited to see the item listed as in stock, but it was later canceled. I understand that sometimes stock issues can arise. I did receive an in-store credit, but I prefer a refund to my card. I’ve been waiting for a couple of years for this to be resolved, and I’ve reached out multiple times for updates. I hope to get a clear response soon so I can continue to support the store with confidence!
