I normally don’t bother with reviews unless some deserve it so…… The windscreen cracked on my new car after only having it for 2 hours so I was willing to pay for it myself to get it repaired ASAP. 1st Call Windscreens quote was over £300 cheaper than the most well known windscreen replacement company, who I have used before, however 1st Call Windscreens work was just as good! I left my car at work while I went on site so wasn’t sure what I would come back to. When I got back I couldn’t even tell the windscreen had been changed apart from the obvious crack was gone. Interior of the car was clean, no grubby hand prints on anything, all trims put back where they should be, and rain sensor wipers working fine. Fantastic job! Windscreen was not a genuine Mercedes one so didn’t have the fancy signature at the bottom of the screen, but if it bothers someone that much you can buy them on eBay for £10! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement to their car, especially if you have to pay for it yourself.
