1st Central it's great and our contact was very helpful. However I don't understand why the renewal price it's much more expansive than a price for a new customer. Apparently you reward qn existing customers. We had to cancel the renewal and set up another policy and this is a waste of everyones time. You need to improve on your loyalty to customers.
