Recently taken out a new policy with 1st Central. Was all fairly easy and straight forward but then I'm from an insurance background so knew what i was looking for. Of course at this moment in time i can't comment on any customer service side of things (I'm hoping i may never need to claim and require any of the team but if i do i will update another review as and when)
