I enrolled on the Executive Mini MBA in Dec 2021. Unfortunately, due to various reasons I was unable to complete the course within the timeframe given. I contacted 1Training on their chat feature online, to be my delight Noah called me straight away. After I explained that I required more time he generously agreed to extend the deadline by another 3 months.
Noah and 1Training offered me excellent customer service and were very responsive. This is not always the case with all training providers.
For the service they gave me I have given them 5 Star.
