I have been used to having a company IT support unit but post-retirement, I found myself with problems with my Surface and WiFi without any nearby support. 24/7 was able to solve the problem. It did take a relatively long time (70 minutes) with me on the phone -- but that's what one must expect when having a "repair" remotely. I wasn't sure that the tech was intimately familiar with Surface but they got the job done...I definitely would use them again if I had a problem.
