I am very pleased with 24/7. Being hard of hearing can be a problem so it is nice to do all conversation with typing.I have no complaints but....if I would have to be completely honest....sometimes it takes awhile for the techie to get back to me when he is taking card of the problem. I am sure he has other things to do also but I would like for them to tell me if I could leave the computer and check back in awhile. Thank you for a great service. Peggy Looney
