The Tech Support agent spent quite a bit of time trying to straighten out the issues with my MicroSoft Word program, and after his session, it now seems to be working better, but it irks me no end I have to pay a substantial fee to a Tech company to fix a product that cost me a substantial amount, and isn't more than a year old. Microsoft is all about grabbing your money, not making sure that if their product fouls up, they fix it.
