I don't contact often, but every time I have, I get IMMEDIATE help and my problem has quickly been solved 100% of the time. Also, the Techs go beyond my immediate problem, and initiate needed upgrades, fix problems I am not aware of, resulting in faster better performance. Best money I have ever spent!
