I had a serious virus over Christmas 2016 not knowing what to do by internet provider advised us to contact 24/7. They were absolutely excellent spent several hours sorting the problem. I spoke to several consultants and they were all very helpful and pleasant. I now have 24/7 installed on my computer and I have had several queries and contacted them and they are prompt in responding to me when required. I would recommend 24/7 to anyone thinking of installing their product. I rate them 100%. Plus they gave me the confidence to use a computer again.
