The initial help and assistance you gave me was terrific, but subsequent follow thru was not good. I purchased the "one-time" help which was fantastic. Then before the initial help was completed, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the 6 month coverage. For some reason PayPal could not process the subsequent payment. There was plenty of cash available for the purchase. I verified this by contacting my bank that confirmed there was no reason for the request to be denied. The representatives from 24/7 that i dealt with said they would contact me again in the next few days to complete the purchase because they felt that there was just some glitch on the PayPal end of things. I still don't know why the transaction could not be completed. But there were no further contacts made by 24/7 to reach out to me as they said they would. I still want to say again that I was VERY satisfied with the service provided on that initial day of service.
