Your techs are knowledgeable and committed to serving the customer in the best way possible. My latest issue took considerable time to resolve and I was impressed with the follow-through of your techs, who called to make sure everything was OK. My only criticism is that when your shift changed, the new person did not appear to be fully briefed on the problem and on one occasion led me through the same process that the previous tech had done. But overall, I felt like your service was excellent and well worth the monthly fee.
