at 80 years of age I am still learing lessons.the first person who worked on my computer did nothing. the second person slowed my computer down so slow I had to take it to a computer store to have it fixed and it cost me another 85.00. when I was talking to the last person I was reading your guarantee and it is not worth anything. you got your money but because I let you have axcess to my computer I am very afraid of what you can do to it.
